HOW TO ORDER:
Please fill out and submit our wholesale application. Once your wholesale application is approved, you will be emailed a wholesale price listing.
You can order through our general shop using the coupon codes (which we will email you) to place your order with no upfront charges. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges. If you prefer to send us a list of SKUs and order quantities, that works too!
All inventory availability is subject to change without notice. If there is anything in the shop that has a lower stock than what you had hoped to order, just email us for availability and we can adjust your invoice based on stock.
All prices are listed in CAD dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
A minimum order of $250 is required on all opening orders, for re-orders our minimum is $100. There are no minimums on styles or colour (mix and match away!). All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. No cancellations or changes after shipment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments through Shopify, Paypal and e-transfer are all accepted forms of payment.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
All orders will generally ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies according to shipping method, service and destination. All orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Golden Rule Jewelry Co. by email (email@example.com) within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise or will be issued as a credit towards your next order. No refunds will be issued.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
